Service Description: Waterways are classified, and critical water quality zones are established according to drainage area. This layer is used to determine the point along a creek centerline at which a particular area of drainage beings. Guidelines for waterway classification as they pertain to drainage area are detailed in chapter 25-8-91 of the City of Austin Land Development Code.

Points were generated in the last grid cell of the modeled creek for each drainage area threshold and then combined into one dataset.
