The polygons were created by segmenting stretches of roads between intersections into roughly equal lengths, buffering them by an amount related to the ASMP street level, and spatially joining the approaches of intersections into single geometries. The feature class is processed to modify the polygons to be non-overlapping. Each polygon is assigned a unique ID, in the form of a hexadecimal number, which is derived from intrinsic properties of the polygons' geometry. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</idAbs>
