        <idAbs>&lt;div style='text-align:Left;'&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;WITS data shapefile is downloaded, and data is cleaned as follows:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;1. Every WITS point is matched to an existing fire perimeter or fire incident location (when no fire perimeter exists). If a point cannot be matched to a fire, it is deleted. points that have no data (interaction didn't occur) are deleted. The fire name was standardized and linked to the point. The start date was added to the point; the flag was to identify whether its perimeter or point was added. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;2. The treatment polygon is based on spatial overlap or information on the survey to identify the landowner or project number. DNR's merge data on treatments (CD+FHT), complemented with an LOA live treatment layer, were used to identify treatments. Points that are matched to treatment but do not spatially overlap were manually positioned on the treatment. Points that match multiple treatment polygons but only one survey was deployed were copied and pasted onto all the polygons ONLY when the respondent clearly identifies that is the case. Points that cannot be matched to treatments were deleted. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</idAbs>
