This file contains two City of Oakland base zoning updates: Zoning effective October 30, 2023 (Ordinance 13763 adopted October 3, 2023);
and a delayed update for Oak Knoll development area (SW half only) effective November 28, 2017, Ordinance 13466.
NOTE: Base zones that had been split in the past by combining zones have been merged. All previously existing combining zones are now separated from base zoning into five files: CombiningZoneSet1, CombiningSet2, etc. Combining zones also include individual layers ComZonAffHsg_S-13 and ComZonHousingSites_S14. All must be added to a map along with Zoning (base zones) to see complete zoning.
