Determines which Transit Route Facilities District Planner is responsible for bus stops, bus stop signage, shelters, benches and other on-street facilities within a district. Used by Route Facilities for field work and planning, including, but not limited to, stop balancing, bus stop improvements, and identifying locations that warrant shelter installations or removal . Used by other work groups and agencies to identify a contact for questions about a specific location. Used by transit operators to have a point of contact when bus stop problems are identified in the field
