The GIS database (and any product or service derived therefrom) is prohibited from being sold, duplicated, reproduced, disseminated or shared with any other person, entity or party without the prior express written consent from the County. When the County gives such written consent, any third party/vendor recipient of the GIS database shall be subject to the same terms and conditions as the User, and use of the GIS database shall be for the sole purpose of providing services necessary for the operations of the User.Furthemore, the User agrees to use its best efforts to require and enforce compliance by the additional recipient with the terms and conditions of this agreement, including return, purge or destruction by the additional recipient of its copy of the GIS database upon completion of its services.
