<p>The <strong>NCDOT Division 3 County 5% Sections</strong> layer (formally known as Sign Sections) supports various Division 3 Maintenance operations by dividing each county into 20 smaller sections. Each "section" in this feature layer represents approximately 5% of the state-maintained roads in a given county, for each of the six counties in NCDOT Division 3.
