Data records contained within are a materialized view based on the EPA geospatial tables which are refreshed based on the record's Last_Reported_Date field. The view is based on a join of the facility site table and the interest table to include the universe of interest types per program system id. Data records that do not contain positional information (latitude and longitude values) are not in this view. Imported data into file geodatabase as new feature classes. Created ISO-compliant metadata for each file geodatabase feature class. Created Esri ArcGIS Pro map document (APRX). Created ISO-compliant metadata for the data download package. Zipped data, map document, and metadata.
The Integrated Compliance Information System (ICIS) provides a database that, when complete, will contain integrated enforcement and compliance information across most of EPA's programs. The vision for ICIS is to replace EPA's independent databases that contain enforcement data with a single repository for that information. ICIS contains all Federal Administrative and Judicial enforcement actions which supports the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). This information is maintained in ICIS by EPA in the Regional offices and it at Headquarters. ICIS completely replaces Permit Compliance System (PCS) and integrates that information with Federal actions already in the system. ICIS also has the capability to track other activities that support compliance and enforcement programs, including incident tracking, compliance assistance, and compliance monitoring.
