        <idAbs>&lt;div&gt;This feature layer estimates the percent tree cover within 26 meters of a busy road edge at any given point throughout the community. A “busy” roadway in EnviroAtlas is defined to include interstates, arterial roads, and collector roads. It does not include local or neighborhood roads, though some of these roads may also experience consistent and heavy traffic. Forest is defined as Trees/ Forest and Woody Wetlands. Sufficient tree bufferage is defined as 25% coverage within the circular moving window with a radius of 14.5m at any given point along the roadway. There are potential negative health effects for those living in a location without a sufficient tree buffer. The purpose of this dataset is to identify areas that could benefit from additional tree buffers.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This feature layer view uses the base layer representing the Pensacola FL Metro Area. The block groups are from the US Census Bureau and are included/excluded as described in the Pensacola Boundary Fact Sheet (&lt;a href='https://epa.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/a0f7ed5266d944f6b40b7ec01abf9900/data' target='_blank' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'&gt;https://epa.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/a0f7ed5266d944f6b40b7ec01abf9900/data&lt;/a&gt;). For this dataset, block groups included are at least 25% within the US Census Urban Area boundary for Pensacola Metro Area, plus 1 km.
