        <idAbs>&lt;div&gt;This feature layer estimates the percent tree cover within 50 meters of hydrologically connected non-coastal waters. It is not summarized by census block group. The purpose of this dataset is to describe the forest cover within a 51m riparian buffer along streams, rivers, and lakes within the Atlas Area. In combination with the Riparian Buffer Land Cover Block Group Summaries, this data can be used to assess areas within 51m riparian buffers that would benefit from additional tree coverage. There is a potential for decreased water quality in areas where the riparian buffer is less forested. The water bodies analyzed include hydrologically connected streams, rivers, connectors, reservoirs, lakes/ponds, ice masses, washes, locks, and rapids within the Atlas Area.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This feature layer view uses the base layer representing the Pensacola FL Metro Area. The block groups are from the US Census Bureau and are included/excluded as described in the Pensacola Boundary Fact Sheet (&lt;a href='https://epa.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/a0f7ed5266d944f6b40b7ec01abf9900/data' target='_blank' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'&gt;https://epa.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/a0f7ed5266d944f6b40b7ec01abf9900/data&lt;/a&gt;). For this dataset, block groups included are at least 25% within the US Census Urban Area boundary for Pensacola Metro Area, plus 1 km.
