Service Description: This dataset was modified by the COSA Public Works Department, Storm Water Engineering Division to identify Low Water Crossings. The original dataset was created by the Storm Water Engineering Division to provide a visual representation of the Low Water Crossings within the City of San Antonio. The points were originally digitized by the City of San Antonio (COSA) Storm Water Engineering for the purpose of geographically locating the Low Water Crossings located within the 100 year floodplain area.
