This measure aggregates 19 factors from public datasets to half-mile hexagons that cover the entire state of Minnesota. <div><br /></div><div>MnDOT OTE will update update once annually after American Community Survey 5-Year estimates are provided by the U.S. Census Bureau.</div><div><br /></div><div>This dataset is for public display and feeds the SPACE scoring application where public users can calculate a length- or area-weighted score of a segment or polygon.
