        <idPurp>HUC8 watershed boundaries were used to split up the work of statewide synthetic stream modeling, as a component of the Oregon Private Forest Accords. This layer will provide the modeling status of each HUC8 watershed, with consistent updates as the project progresses.</idPurp>
        <idAbs>&lt;div style='font-family:inherit; font-size:16px;'&gt;The &lt;a href='https://www.oregon.gov/odf/aboutodf/documents/2022-odf-private-forest-accord-report.pdf' style='color:rgb(0, 121, 193); text-decoration-line:none; font-family:inherit;' target='_blank' rel='nofollow ugc noopener noreferrer'&gt;Private Forest Accords (PFA)&lt;/a&gt; requires the development of a lidar derived synthetic stream layer, and an application of the Fransen Optimized fish presence model to predict fish use within the streams. These data are being developed by Terrainworks, under contract with the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF), across 81 HUC8 watersheds, spanning most of the state of Oregon. Terrainworks will be conflating attributes from existing ODF Fish Presence data and mapping that information within the newly derived stream network. ODF and the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) will be reviewing the stream model outputs and providing comments back to Terrainworks in a standardized format.
