participation. This data set represents the finalized list of approved zip
codes for the CBO Arrears Case Management Pilot, as determined by the CBO Pilot
Working Group.</font></p><p></p><p><font color="#000000">The CBO Arrears Case
Management Pilot List of Approved Zip Codes data set includes IOU name, the zip
codes that fall within each IOU service territory, and the corresponding city

CARE/FERA counts and non-CARE/FERA counts equals the average total counts.</span></p>

Network Template to display: CBO location, communities served, payment
mechanisms, services provided, IOU programs promoted, and communities targeted.
The goal of this template was to display key CBO information, including where
and how IOUs engage CBOs.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;"></span></p><p><span style="font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;">The CBO Network Template Data Set identifies the names of
the CBOs, LIHEAP Local Service Providers, and CARE Capitation Agencies. For
each entity, the data set includes the number of people served monthly, the
county in which it serves, the types of services provided, and the
characteristics of the communities it targets (audience reach)</span></p>

arrears greater than 30 days old (averaged across 3 months). It also breaks

the CARE/FERA counts and non-CARE/FERA counts equal the average total counts.</span></p>
