Description: These roadway segments represent roads added to the initial package of the Top 25% of roads based on their Vulnerability\Criticality Prioritization Scores. These roads were added to complete gaps in the roadways in neighborhoods that comprise reasonable project limits. The data for the original Top 25% roadways depict the combined Priority score for County streets included in the MCRVS study for Scenario D (NOAA Intermediate-High SLR + King Tide). Priority scores were computed via an ArcGIS Weighted Sum raster analysis using inputs for Vulnerability and eight other Criticality factors. The Weighting Model 04 (W04) gave 50% weight to Vulnerability, and weights between 1% and 25% for all other factors. Priority scores for each road segment (SEGMENT_ID) were calculated as a weighted average of all Priority scores along the centerline for that segment.
