Description: This feature class was derived from the City of Austin Jurisdiction, deficientparkarea_servbuffer, buffers of Urban Trail Master Plan corridors, and Critical Water Quality Zone creek buffers,
Methodology: A copy of the COA ETJ boundary is clipped using the erase geoprocessing tool. The served areas shown in deficientparkarea_servbuffer are taken out by this process and shows the areas that are deficient. Creek and trail buffers that are not within deficientparkarea_properties are retained during this processThat layer is now clipped at the edge of the ROW (based on the criteria used in the service buffer layer - transportation classifications and railroads). Then the lakes, airport, City-owned and State-owned cemeteries, Balcones Canyonlands Preserves, and Water Quality Protection Lands were removed.
