The VCP feature class contains polygons representing the creeks, stormwater controls, and other property - including land purchased by the City of Austin to remove homes in flood or erosion prone areas, participating in the VCP. WPD employs and supervises third-party contractors who mow, manage aquatic vegetation, and when needed remove trash and debris.
