Description: This layer depicts the locations of Service Requests in the City’s computerized maintenance management system, Maximo. The layer contains attributes about the issue reported, ticket assignment, status, and dates. It is intended to facilitate users of the Maximo application in conducting queries, analysis, and map generation in ArcGIS. The layer is generated by reading the list of service requests in the system and then obtaining a location from the GIS features each work order is associated with inside the Maximo application. When a service request is associated with a line or polygon feature, the location is the centroid of that feature. When a service request is associated with more than one feature, the location is derived from the first feature it finds in the following order (Work Order specific feature class, Asset, Location, Service Address). This layer does not contain a record for service requests that are not associated with a GIS feature in Maximo.
