This dataset was created by the City of Austin to compile information regarding the future development planned for the City of Austin to give geographical reference to this information. The dataset contains information regarding zoning cases that were submitted to the City of Austin's permit review process. It only shows zoning cases that were created in the Geographic Information System since approximately year 2006. A more complete list of zoning cases is available at data.austintexas.gov.
