Service Description: The data were created by joining together information from "Locality Ordinances_draft1.docx" and the VA_COUNTY feature class from VGIN's Virginia_Administrative_Boundary_Dataset_2020. Ordinance information for 38 cities are currently missing from the dataset as the local ordinances reflect county level data and attribution.
