Service Description: Dun laoghaire-Rathdown Area Committee boundaries
Section 50 of the Local Government Act 2001 provides for the establishment by resolution a
committee in respect of a local electoral area or of 2 or more adjoining such areas or any
other area in its administrative area. There are 2 area committees in place in Dun
Laoghaire Rathdown County – Dun Laoghaire Area Committee and Dundrum Area
Committee.
