Service Description: The Dublin Housing Task Force (HTF) was initiated in 2014 as an Action under ‘Construction 2020’ with an immediate focus on monitoring trends in the supply and delivery of residential development within the Dublin region relative to the targets set out in the Core Strategy of each Dublin Authority. It should be noted that data utilised within the Housing Task Force is limited to capturing developments with planning permission for 10 or more units. In addition, while the Housing Task Force Returns includes all Part V residential units, it excludes all social housing developments or any other Part 8 planning applications. The Housing Returns also excludes all student accommodation (both on-campus and off-campus) as well as shared or co-living residential units.
