Description: Using a combination of the files in the Planning and Development folder on the BPRD server, information from the Deschutes County Dial interactive map and documents found in the Deschutes County Clerk database, easements dedicated to BPRD (as well as a few other entities - City of Bend, County, COID, Public) have been drawn as accurately as possible given the descriptions provided. The fields included are:
Trail: Name of trail
Prop_Owner: Who owns the property the segment of trail or section of park is on.
Doc: Document number on which the easement is described. Format is YYYY-XXXXXX - Can be looked up on the Deschutes County Clerk website (http://recordings.deschutes.org/search.asp) with the YYYY being the year and the XXXXX being the "number"
Easement: To whom the land is eased per the document
Date: Date the easement was recorded
Exclusive: Whether the easement is Exclusive
Relocat: Whether the easement can be relocated
Section: Where the easement is relative to the trail **needs updating**
