Service Description: Public Rights-Of-Way - The Public Rights-of-Way layer represents land between parcel boundaries that have no Assessor/Treasurer property account number. Rights-of-way typically have infrastructure such as a road, railroad, powerline, or pipeline running through it. Maintenance of the property is usually handled by the owner of the infrastucture. Parcel_C code may carry additional ownership information. Verification of right-of-way maintenance or ownership should be directed toward Clark County Public Works Real Property Services or the individual city, depending on the jurisdiction in which the right-of-way is located.Right of way differs from easements. Easements have property accounts and clear ownership. Easements may also contain infrastructure.
