Service Description: Washington Geological Survey's Aggregate Resource Mapping effort has a goal to map aggregate resources for all of Washington's 39 counties in order to complete full state coverage. This feature class will be updated as the effort progresses. Each record in this feature class represents an aggregate resource mapping project and indicates the county (or counties) where the project took place. In the early 2000's, WGS completed 6 1:100,000 scale aggregate resource reconnaissance investigations that crossed county boundaries. These represent projects that crossed multiple boundaries.
