The Water and Sewer Service Area layer was derived from the original paper based sketches which contained both water and sewer utility boundary information. This layer contains multiple polygons throughout the county depicting water or sewer utility service areas and, at times, some polygons may appear to resemble municipality boundaries, but are actually the areas utility boundary.
