Service Description: This feature class has been created to identify your building's Unique Building Identifier (UBID) number. All parcel data presented within was obtained from the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser's property database and joined with 3 additional data sources. The UBID numbers were extracted from an existing feature class MDC.BuildingFootprint_UBID. This UBID can be used to uniquely identify a building and is more effective for linking building data across databases compared to traditional identifiers such as street address.
