This survey asks about administrative policies and protocols, related to COVID-19 health and safety, affecting passenger-facing employees, passengers, transit vehicles, and overall service that were implemented during the first quarter of this year, January through March 2021. Agency information that is collected includes location, service details, agency size, and ridership.
