Service Description: Potential capacity restrictions and wet weather SSO locations in the City’s trunk sewers under a 5-year, 7-hour storm from the 2012 Hydraulic Model. The layers of this feature dataset include;
• Capacity Exceeded - the potential problem sewers that are undersized (these are the hydraulic bottlenecks).
• Backwater Condition - Sewer pipes with backup flows from the sewers with exceeded capacity.
• Predicted SSO's - locations where the model predicts SSOs during this 5-year, 7-hour storm condition
• Modeled Surcharge within 5' of rim - manholes are predicted to surcharge within five feet of the rim.
