"Distressed areas include state designated Enterprise Zones, Keystone Innovation Zones, Keystone Opportunity Zones, Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zones, Keystone Opportunity Improvement Zones, Federal Enterprise Communities and Empowerment Zones, Act 47 Communities, cities of the first class, second class, second class A, or third class, and designated distressed municipalities included on the attached list."
Fields have been added to this layer to include information relevant to the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Recreation and Conservation regional staff to assist them in identifying outreach opportunities.
