Description: 1) Download updated version of data when needed.2) Remove all points which fall outside of the NZ coastline boundary.3) Keep all points which fall within this definition query: 'featType IN ('City', 'Island', 'Lake', 'Locality', 'Suburb', 'Town')'.4) Fix all 'Land District' records which are either NULL by changing the location in which they fall to the Regional Council area they are in, and remove all points which are an amalgamation of several Regional Council boundary areas.5) Create a new string field called 'portalSearch' which is 300 characters long.6) Populate this field with the expression: '[name] & " " & [landDistrict]'.7) Save changes and the process is complete.Checked for updates Feb 2017 - updated with data downloaded from LINZ.
