It is comprehensive both in geographic coverage as well as range in subjects addressed. It is long term in perspective ranging from 15 to 30 years. The General Plan identifies adopted goals, policies and implementation that govern development in the County. The General Plan includes a Land Use Diagram for all areas within its jurisdiction.
