Description: Performance dashboard condition layer showing high speed internet access by King County block group.
This layer is created from the King County version of the Census Block Groups which are conflated to King County parcels. These Block Groups were enriched using the ArcPro Enrich Tool using the parameter "Access to high speed internet".
The condition is the percent of households that have access to high speed internet. Quintiles for this condition were determined for all the Block Groups in King County and then for the Block Groups in each Sub-Region.
