Description: Performance dashboard condition layer showing percent of minority population by King County block group. These Block Groups were enriched using the ArcPro Enrich Tool using the parameter "2018 Minority Population". The condition is the percent of population that identify as non-white. Quintiles for this condition were determined for all the Block Groups in King County and then for the Block Groups in each Sub-Region.
