Service Description: a. Many animal deaths occur each year throughout the City of Riverside. Using spatial analytics and data modeling, we will be able to locate where each death occurs to find neighborhoods with the highest death rates. Once identified, we plan to place mobile spay/neutering services in those locations in hopes of reducing animal deaths in those areas.
