Description: Source of data: ArcInfo Coverage Transport  (arc), migrated June 2020, 57,492 features. Subtypes include: Edge-of-Pavement [1] (default), Curb [2], Sidewalk [3], and Median [4]. Sidewalk and Curb are currently unpopulated. Sidewalk edges were part of the original conversion and coverage but was taken out, updated and used for a sidewalk inventory and assessment project. See the separate feature classes Curb and Sidewalk; these are similar to Street Improvements. These layers provide more content and are more current but do not align with this layer. This schema is expanded to include additional attributes to be able to migrate the newer curb and sidewalk content.
