The PARCELS layer depicts mapped land parcels or real estate properties within Chester County. This data contains geometric representations depicting the general size, shape and location for all of the real estate properties, which can be mapped, on the County's land surface. This layer is updated on a weekly basis internally and monthly on the Open Data Site. PRCL_POLY is a feature class created by joining all the records in PARCEL_PUBLISH with the best associated one-to-one matching records in ASMNT_DATA and ADDRESS_DATA and combining all attributes into one “flat file”, where the one-to-many relationships are ignored.
