Service Description: Mapping and casual zip code queries; geocoding using zip code locator services. WARNING: DO NOT USE this dataset to determine zip codes that are within three hundred feet of a zip code boundary. The original source data were based upon streets being boundaries; some boundary streets divide zip codes and other boundary streets have the same zip codes on both sides of the street. Correct zip codes need to be determined at the parcel level due to anomalies in zip code assignments. Edits to the boundaries are made by BCGIS as discrepancies between the zipcode boundaries and the USPS ZipCode are brought to our attention. The goal is to bring the data set to parcel level acuracy.

December 21, 2015 Updates: The boundaries between zip codes 33311, 33305 along N Andrews Ave and respectively 33026, 33025 along Pines Blvd and 33319, 33351 along N University Dr , as well as boundaries involving 33309, 33319, 33311, 33313, 33312 have been recently modified according to the USPS zip codes look up, The edits and modification of the boundaries will continue in an effort to bring this layer to parcel level acuracy.
February 2017 Updates: the boundary between 33064 and 33073 along NW 40th Ct has been modified.
August 2020 the boundary between 33029 and 33027 was modified to include 1901 SW 172nd Ave in 33029
