JUNE 30, 2014 Updates: (The boundaries for zip codes 33024, 33025 and 33026 have been modified in the area of Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines east and west of SW 101st Ave.)

NOTE: A field named ZIPTEXT has been added to the dataset to store the zip code as text. The ZIPCODE field continues to store the zip code as numeric.

December 21, 2015 Updates: The boundaries between zip codes 33311, 33305 along N Andrews Ave and respectively 33026, 33025 along Pines Blvd and 33319, 33351 along N University Dr , as well as boundaries involving 33309, 33319, 33311, 33313, 33312 have been recently modified according to the USPS zip codes look up, The edits and modification of the boundaries will continue in an effort to bring this layer to parcel level acuracy.

February 2017 Updates: the boundary between 33064 and 33073 along NW 40th Ct has been modified.

August 2020 the boundary between 33029 and 33027 was modified to include 1901 SW 172nd Ave in 33029
