Service Description: Sample surface temperature data retrieved from USGS Landsat C2 U.S Analysis Ready Data Surface Temperature Bundle and processed by A. Aiken to visualize temperature variation across Broward County. Thermal band (B6 or B10) scaled to Kelvin using a scaling factor of *0.00341802 + 149.0. Surface temperatures then converted from Kelvin to Celsius (-273.15). Tiles clipped to Broward County followed by mosaic to new raster to form single surface temperature raster. Projected to NAD_1983_StatePlane_Florida_East_FIPS_0901_Feet & converted from raster to simplified polygon to facilitate integration into AGOL products.
