This layer was created using the feature to point geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro using the ResilienceProjects_Roadmap polygon layer as the input with a filter for Major Orienting Features. The purpose of this layer is to create 3D point symbology representative of the polygons from which they were created in a web scene.
