Data will include 2 projects - Brazos Island Harbor Channel Improvement Project (Brownsville) & Sabine Neches Waterway Channel Improvement Project (Sabine).
"The Ship Channel Improvement Revolving Fund (SCIRF) was established by the Legislature during the 85th Legislative Session to enhance the funding capabilities of entities responsible for the local share of qualified project costs, though the fund was never capitalized. The 88th Legislative Session appropriated $400 million in general revenue to fund the (SCIRF)."
