Description: NCDOT Statewide Pavement Marking Retroreflectivity and Pavement Marking Demo Locations Map.
This map depicts the locations of pavement marking retroreflectivity for sections of certain routes statewide. It contains line layers for each of the 14 divisions and each line layer is divided into 4 colors depicting the retroreflectivity as less than 50 mcd/m2 /lx, which is below MUTCD standards, failing is less than 100 mcd/m2 /lx, marginal is less than 125 mcd/m2 /lx, and anything 125 mcd/m2 /lx or greater is passing. This Map also shows the locations of Pavement markings that are being Demonstrated for NCDOT.
