The COH Parcels feature class is a unified dataset that aggregates parcels from four county appraisal districts located within the boundaries of Houston city limits and its extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ). This layer is also referred to as COUNTY_UNIFIED_PARCELS.

The source datasets are:

• Harris county parcels: Downloaded from HCAD Public Data on 01/2025.

• Fort Bend county parcels: 01/2025

• Montgomery county parcels: 11/2024

• Waller county parcels: 01/2025

This layer has been supplemented with SNBR_ID, COUNCIL DISTRICT, FEMA Flood Zone, Planning & Development Department landuse GROUP_CD, and GROUP_DSCR.
