This polygon feature class depicts the Hurricane Ida Wind History. This is the official "hindcast" compiled by the National Hurricane Center (NHC). These data represent the cumulative wind path that connects each official NHC Advisory "Wind Ring," from Advisory to Advisory.

The oplygons represent areas which were impacted by one of he following wind regimes:

• 40 - 57 mph - Tropical Storm-force Winds

• 58 - 74 mph - Strong Tropical Storm-force Winds

• > 74 mph - Hurricane-force Winds
