For the purposes of the Community Profiles project at LA County Public Works, the CSA layer was spatially joined to Supervisorial Districts, and some additional fields were added to support dynamic labeling and automation to generate the infographics for all unincorporated and city boundaries. 

This layer is updated as needed when new annexations/detachments occur.
