Assessor Parcel data as of 7/12/20, for all of Florence-Firestone & Walnut Park - to account for any future updates of the study area boundary.

This is the proposed zoning specific plan as will be amended by the Metro Area Plan.

UPDATE HISTORY:

• 10/17/22 - Incorporated additional specific plan zone change categories resulting from the Metro Area Plan update.  Most of these have to do with the Industrial downzoning, however, there are a few other 'clean-up' changes too.  The proposed zoning was updated, and flagged with the 'MAP Update' field.

• 12/22/22 - Updated several categories to have the -GZ suffix.  Primarily, these were the existing M zones that change to a new specific plan TOD category.  Also, identified 8 parcels that were not within a Sensitive use, and used that to make sure these portions were not coded with GZ.
