1/20/22 - Layer created
6/1/22 - Layer was updated to remove non-conforming residential Assessor uses from within an industrial zone, which reduced some of the buffers within Avocado Heights, East Los Angeles, West Rancho Dominguez-Victoria, and Willowbrook.
7/5/22 - Added one additional school that was missed previously (a High School and Charter School within SW Comm College in W. Athens), and added to the buffering there.
