Analysis for the Interim / Supportive Housing Ordinance in which parcel sizes for certain zoning categories were analysed in various ranges (see below). Layer was extracted originally from 'Parcels_Unincorporated_2019_01', and used for HelpDesk ticket #419049.

1. Parcels unioned with selected zoning categories with Sup District info added and size ranges. UPDATED 2/21/20 - scale ranges updated as well as constraints (see Help Desk ticket). UPDATED 2/22/21 to add 'C-H' and 'C-MJ' zoning and dissolved to create layer 11 to update the layer on the ISHO app (these new zones do not need the same constraints filtered out that the 'A-1' and 'A-2' did (SEAs, VHFHSZ, etc.) - noted in the GIS Notes field.

2. Layer 1 dissolved on Community Name and Sup District with a count of AIN and sum of parcel size (in sf)- to be used in AGOL map. 12/26/19

3. Singlepart verion of layer 2 - to be used to extract points so they could be loaded in an AGOL map. 6/11/19

4. Converted layer 3 to points so they could be loaded into and AGOL map. 6/11/19

5. Layer 1 dissolved on Sup District with a count of AIN and sum of parcel size (in sf). Exported to spreadsheet in 'support'. 6/11/19

6. Queried out layer 1 with the criteria that R-1 is now excluded; parcel not in VHFHSZ, not in ARA, has building (selected by -2' buffer). Query is as follows and exported spreadsheet on 1/23/20 (relates to ticket #419049). Query - Z_CATEGORY IN('A-1','A-2') And VHFHSZ IS NULL And ARA IS NULL And BLDG_2017 ='YES'

7. Queried out layer 1 with the criteria for all parcels with 'A-1' and 'A-2' and parcel not in VHFHSZ, ARA, FMMP (2016), SEA, Critical Habitat (FWS), Airport 70 CNEL. Dissolved on selected fields. THIS IS FOR THE DRAFT GOING BEFORE THE RPC ON 7/22/20. Query is as follows and exported to spreadsheet and updated in app on 6/23/20: Shape_Area > 10000 And VHFHSZ = 'NO' And FMMP_2016 = 'NO' And ARA = 'NO' And SEA = 'NO' And CritHab = 'NO' And Airport_CNEL70 = 'NO' And Z_CATEGORY <> 'R-1' (NOTE that Coast Zone is not included in query since all the other criteria removed any coastal zone parcels)

10. Point version of Layer 9, also used in app. Exported from layer 1 and dissolved similarly to layer 9 except that multipart was not used.

11. Created on 2/22/21 - dissolved from updated layer 1 to replace the layer in the ISHO App.
