Service Description: The dust visibility construction notification area defines the regulatory boundary for fugitive dust control rules under the regional haze program. The rule and layer are owned by the Air Quality Improvement Planning Unit. This is a static dataset, that would not change unless the rule was amended or the underlying geometries used to generate the dataset changed (ie. BLM PLSS, EPA Native American Reservation, PM10 Nonattainment).
